This app has become straight garbage! It keeps asking me to enter my credit card info, even though this card is already stored to my account. No big deal right, WRONG!! Not only have I tried entering the info, this garbage app won't take my info, just keep getting an error code. Then I tried with 2 other credit cards, same outcome..error. What is going on with these apps, are you seriously hindering us from purchasing? Then to make it worse, you can only do entries via the app, that DOESN'T WORK

I ordered over $200 worth of stuff and paid for it. Within in 15 minutes I got an email stating that my payment was declined. I call customer service, they weren't very helpful, nor did they try to resolve the issue. I then emailed them and got a quick response. I got my refund & tried to reorder all my items they were out of stock. So I order a little over a $100 worth of stuff. I paid for it, got a another email 3 of my five items are out of stock. I'm definitely not impressed with this app.

Absolutely the worst app for such a large company. It's been like this for at least the past two months. From login problems to simple things like being unable to click on an upcoming Launch (been happening all week). Not to mention the endless loop of 'Too many codes requested. Try again in a few DAYS.' when trying to confirm my phone #. Can honestly say both Champs and Foot Locker have lost multiple sales. I have spent money on shoes from more competent stores, both online and physical.
